Acceptance. Please read these Terms carefully before using https://sironsidenotaryservices.com. By using the Site, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, S. Ironside Notary Services markets and arranges Contract Notary, Real Estate Document Notary, Oath Administration, Business Document Notarization, Power of Attorney Notary. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://sironsidenotaryservices.com is the property of S. Ironside Notary Services or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Termination. S. Ironside Notary Services may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://sironsidenotaryservices.com is provided on an "as is" basis. S. Ironside Notary Services makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, S. Ironside Notary Services's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify S. Ironside Notary Services from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under NE law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in NE for any related dispute.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
